Twelve is a personal goal execution and habit tracking app. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Information You Provide
When you use Twelve, you provide information such as your email address, name, birthday (optional), goals, habits, daily activity logs, identity work including anchor scenes and practice sessions, and conversation history with the AI assistant companion. This information is stored to power the app's features including your scorecard, habit tracking, execution history, and personalized AI companion responses.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Twelve app experience. Your AI assistant conversation history is used only to provide personalized responses within the app. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.
How We Send Emails
Twelve uses Gmail to send transactional emails including verification codes and PIN reset codes. These emails are sent only when you request them.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Neon PostgreSQL servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. We use industry standard encryption for data in transit.
Data Retention
If you delete your account all associated data is permanently removed from our servers including your goals, habits, logs, identity work, and conversation history. Account deletion can be requested by contacting [email protected].
Analytics
Twelve does not currently use third party analytics or advertising tools.
Children's Privacy
Twelve is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
